America (of the North variety) is a nation of rebels, the founding fathers wanted it no other way. Breaking free from religious and philosophical oppression those powder wig-headed rebels high-tailed it out of crusty old man country (Britain) cruising off on their motorcycles with their middle fingers ablaze and created their own country.
